Capabilities
Our assembly capabilities allow
us to provide our customers with turn key assemblies that include
the dome, the trim ring and other housing accessories. This
value added service allows us to ship product directly to our
customers distribution sites. This eliminates customer scrap
and handling costs. Our turn key assemblies also reduce the
customer's need to track multiple SKU's - further reducing
inventory handling costs. We offer several assembly methods
that meet IP66, IP54, Nema 4 and other camera housing requirements.
We offer Ultrasonic welding, Laser welding and other mechanical
assembly methods. Both laser welding and ultrasonic welding can
eliminate the need for gaskets, o-rings, loctite, etc.
